This stunning new build was awarded for its Contribution to the Built Environment in the North Norfolk district by the prestigious Graham Allan Award for Architecture. The unique and contemporary build was only possible after the demolition of the previous dwelling and the clever re-siting and positioning of the new curved structure designed by Chaplin Farrant architects. Supported by a steel frame and constructed from SIPS panels, its roof and rain water goods are composed of copper, as too are the external walls which are cladded in copper panelling with lime render and larch boarding. A remarkable and unique home.
