An eco-rural retreat located on protected land with the strictest planning conditions in the UK. NPB’s meticulous construction was followed by Kevin McCloud on Grand Designs. Affectionately known as the ‘Periscope House’ the cedar clad new build met all 90 points demanded by the planners and achieved level six of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Features include cantilevered balconies, solar panels and a wild flower scattered roof.
