This Edwardian Arts and Crafts style house was restored and renovated to its former period self. New work was carried out to the same design and detail of the original features, and some previous none sympathetic building work corrected. A complete thermal upgrade was carried out providing modern and comfortable living with mineral fibre insulation added internally to all external walls and slimline double-glazed windows replaced old whilst ensuring all traditional sections were replicated to provide a seamless match. The ground floor space was completely transformed by opening up three adjoining rooms to create a large and social kitchen and family room.
