This large derelict barn needed a complete conversion to create a unique entertainment space. The roof structure and coverings were replaced, reclaimed bricks were needed to repair and restore the building, and new flint wings were rebuilt to match the existing construction. A new floor slab was laid throughout, a complete internal fit out with bathrooms, a cinema room and a catering kitchen added, a new timber stair case and bespoke joinery lead up to a mezzanine for star gazing and views over the sea. An outdoor dining and entertainment area with heated swimming pool made the finishing touches to this exceptional property.
