A truly special project completed at the stunning Raynham Hall, a historic home dating back to 1622. Norfolk Pro Build were on site delivering a mechanical and electrical upgrade, carefully integrating modern, sustainable heating technologies while respecting the building’s heritage. We installed new bathroom fixtures and fittings, along with a brand new kitchen, all tailored to complement the character of this incredible property.
Working on a Grade I listed building comes with its challenges, from carefully removing and documenting historic floor and wall finishes for reinstatement, to crafting bespoke plaster mouldings to seamlessly match the originals. Decoration required the utmost precision, especially around delicate original gold leaf features. We’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in preserving the rich history of this remarkable building while helping bring it into the 21st century.
